Our Journey and Mission

Founded by Mr. Alasdair James Farquhar Fisher and Mrs. Adelaide Fisher in 2024, the Farquhar Fisher Foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of underprivileged children through education. We will be traveling to Ghana in September 2025 as a group. from 20th September 2025 to 30th September 2025. The group will stay in a Hotel accommodation in Ajumako Enyan Essiam in the Central region of Ghana and visit Ba El Shaddai Preparatory School and the following places:

  • Cape Coast Castle and Elmina Castle (Central Region)UNESCO World Heritage Sites with a deep historical connection to the transatlantic slave trade.
  • Kakum National Park: Famous for its canopy walkway suspended high above the forest.
  • Manhyia Palace Museum: The official residence of the Ashanti king in Kumasi, offering insight into Ashanti culture.
  • The Accra Arts Centre: A hub for traditional crafts, fabrics, and souvenirs.
  • Labadi Beach (Accra)
